As our Social Impact Consultant, you will be a core technical member of the Advisory team, executing high-quality engagements in Impact Measurement & Management (IMM), Social Return on Investment (SROI) reporting, and impact framework design. You will also contribute to research on green and sustainable finance, stakeholder analysis, and ecosystem development. Additionally, you will produce technically sound deliverables, conduct structured research, and support stakeholder coordination across complex, multi-sector environments. This role demands strong analytical capability, disciplined project execution, and a rigorous data-driven approach.
Marketing & Communication Intern
As our Marketing Communication Intern, you will play a hands-on role in strengthening Impact Link Asia's brand presence within the Asian impact investing ecosystem. You will also ensure visual consistency across company materials and leverage digital tools—including AI-enabled platforms—to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. This role is suitable for a third- or final-year student or a fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Development Studies, or related fields. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, basic proficiency with digital tools, and a genuine interest in social, environmental impact, impact investing, or sustainable finance.

Admin Intern
As our Admin Intern, you will support our COO in operational coordination and project administration. This role is execution-focused and ideal for 3rd- or final-year students from Banking, Economics, Finance, or related fields who pursue practical exposure to internal operations within a professional consulting environment. You will also help us with financial documentation, vendor coordination, and logistics for advisory projects and ecosystem events. The position requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
This is a paid internship offering hands-on experience in the operations of a mission-driven social impact firm.
