The Mission
Chosen for our unparalleled expertise in capacity-building, Impact Link Asia worked closely with SNV to deliver impactful training to three biogas organizations—EGreen, Chinh Phat, and STD&T.
Our goal was to equip them with practical tools, insights, and recommendations that are directly applicable to their day-to-day operations, performance metrics and management.
The Challenge
Impact Link Asia was tasked with conducting a rapid, in-depth analysis and developing tailored training workshops and recommendations—all within just three days.
The Result
Using Impact Link’s Mission Capacity Assessment (MCA), each company conducted a self-assessment to identify key areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. Based on the result, we created specialized training programs customized to each business stage, targeting everything from individual workflow enhancements to operational and management advancements.
To ensure continued growth, each organization received follow-up recommendations that will guide their development. Our support helped them optimize performance metrics, streamline organizational structures, and bolster financial management practices.
These training sessions not only highlights the adaptability and effectiveness of the MCA toolkit but also underscores the importance of strategic partnerships in driving sustainable development in Vietnam’s livestock sector.
